Engela's crepe recipe

Crepes

1 cup all purpose flour
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water


Sift the flour and salt in a large bowl.  Add the eggs and milk and beat until smooth (use a hand-beater, not an electric one)  Stir in the water.  Leave to stand for 30 minutes.
